Orders & Returns Policy – Gilsa Paris

1. Order process

When you place an order on the website www.gilsa-paris.com, here are the main steps:

  • Receipt of your order and verification of your payment details.
  • Preparation of your order by our logistics partner (usually within 24 to 72 working hours).
  • Collection by our carrier and shipment.
  • You then receive a shipping confirmation email indicating that your parcel is on its way to your address.
  • Home delivery to the address you provided when placing the order.

2. Delivery times and costs

  • Order processing is generally carried out within 24 to 72 working hours after validation.
  • For delivery in mainland France, the average delivery time is around 2 working days after dispatch.
  • Examples of delivery costs: €7.50 incl. VAT (free for orders from €70).
  • These timeframes and prices are for information purposes only; they may vary depending on promotions, busy periods, out-of-stock products or destination.
  • In the event of an error in the address or incomplete information attributable to the customer, Gilsa Paris cannot be held responsible for any delays. If the parcel is returned, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded; in the event of re-delivery, the costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Product returns

3.1. Right to return

  • If a product does not suit you, you may return it (subject to the conditions below).
  • Please contact our customer service at sales@gilsa.fr to obtain a return authorisation, a return number and the corresponding shipping address. No return will be accepted without this authorisation.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.

3.2. Eligibility conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all accessories, instructions and tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, adhesive products, briefs, shorts and shapewear cannot be returned if their original packaging has been unsealed or opened, except in the case of a clearly non-compliant product.
  • The return must be made within the deadlines set after receipt of your order (please contact us as soon as possible).

3.3. Refund

  • Once the product has been received and checked, Gilsa Paris will refund the amount of the returned product, excluding the initial delivery costs, within an indicative period of 3 to 4 weeks.
  • An administrative fee of €6 incl. VAT may be applied per order in certain cases (clearly specified on the website). The refund method will be the same as the one used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-compliant or damaged products

  • If a product is delivered damaged, incomplete or non-compliant, please report it to sales@gilsa.fr with supporting photos within 3 working days following delivery.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered, as the case may be and in accordance with the legal guarantees.

5. Warranty & liability

  • In addition to this returns policy, the customer benefits from the statutory legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects as provided for by applicable law.
  • Gilsa Paris undertakes to describe the products sold as accurately as possible, but cannot be held liable for indirect damage, improper use, or any delivery delay due to a third party or a case of force majeure.
