General Terms and Conditions of Sale to Consumers

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "General Conditions") are concluded between the company GILSA SAS, with a capital of 7,622 euros, whose registered office is located at 9 rue Belhomme, 75018 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 402 717 995, VAT number FR82 402 717 995, represented by Mr. Stéphane Benoit as President (hereinafter "GILSA PARIS"),
and any non-commercial natural person acting for personal purposes (hereinafter the "Customer"), wishing to make a purchase on the website www.gilsa-paris.com (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 2 – Products

The Products offered for sale are those indicated as sold and shipped by GILSA PARIS on the Site, subject to availability. Descriptions and visuals are presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences in presentation (shade, texture) shall not engage the responsibility of GILSA PARIS.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). They do not include delivery costs, which are specified before validation. In case of an obvious pricing error, GILSA PARIS reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, adhesive products, briefs, and hosiery cannot be returned if unsealed. A €6 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
